Every product on MUVA is curated with intention. We don’t list everything — we list what we genuinely believe works. Our selection process considers ingredient quality, clinical evidence where relevant, brand ethics, and how well a product serves the specific health stage it’s listed for.

We take the research burden off you, so that when you find something on MUVA, you can trust it’s been considered carefully.

Is MUVA a medical or healthcare provider?

MUVA is not a medical provider, and nothing on our site constitutes medical advice.

We’re a curated retail and information platform designed to help you make more
informed decisions about your health and wellbeing.

If you have specific health concerns, we always encourage you to speak with your
GP or a qualified healthcare professional.

Are the supplements on MUVA safe to take during pregnancy?

Supplements that are specifically curated for pregnancy are listed within our Pregnancy collection.

That said, every person’s health situation is different — we always recommend consulting your midwife or GP before starting any new supplement, especially during pregnancy or if you’re trying to conceive.

I can’t find a product I’m looking for. Can you help?

We’re really sorry if this has happened. Please contact us as soon as possible with
your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

What categories of products does MUVA carry?

MUVA is organised around the key stages and needs of female health:

Period — Cramp and pain relief, pads, tampons, cups, period underwear, heating pads, PMS support, and cycle tracking tools.

Pregnancy — Products by trimester and symptom, plus nutrition, skincare, sleep, comfort, labour prep, recovery, and TTC (Trying to Conceive) support.

Menopause — Support for hot flushes, sleep issues, skin and hair changes, intimate care, cooling products, and lifestyle support across perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause.

Wellbeing — Everyday health including energy, immunity, sleep support, stress relief, PMS and mood balance, and gut health.

How do I find the right products for my stage?

Our site is built to make this easy. Browse by life stage — Period, Pregnancy, Menopause, or Wellbeing — and then filter by your symptoms, the stage you’re at, or the type of product you need. If you’re looking for something specific, you can also use the search function at the top of the page.

Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order?

Simply browse the site, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create a MUVA account to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding to more regions — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. If you have a question about a specific order’s delivery timeline, please get in touch via our contact page and include your order number.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your MUVA account at any time to view your order status under the Orders section.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible once an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an amendment, and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns process instead.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check your tracking information from your dispatch confirmation email. If it’s still not resolved, please reach out to us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

What is your returns policy?

Full details of our returns policy are available on our Refund Policy page at wearemuva.com/policies/refund-policy. As a general guide, we accept returns on eligible, unopened items within a specified window from the date of purchase. Items that are opened, used, or have broken seals may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process the return.

I received a damaged or incorrect item — what should I do?

We’re really sorry if this has happened. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
