Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we ship, how much it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Where We Ship

MUVA currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we’re working on it. Sign up to our newsletter at wearemuva.com to be the first to know when we expand.

⚠️  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or forwarding addresses at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the brand and the products in your order. The applicable shipping rate for your basket will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase — there are no hidden fees.

Below is a general guide to the types of shipping available:

ℹ️  Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch. MUVA cannot guarantee delivery within these windows during busy periods such as bank holidays or peak seasons.

3. Free Delivery

Orders over £35 qualify for free standard delivery. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. You’ll see it reflected in your order summary before you pay.

Free delivery applies to UK addresses only and is based on the total order value after any other discounts have been applied. It does not apply to gift cards.

📦  Free delivery is automatically calculated at checkout — you do not need to enter a code.

4. Why Shipping Costs Vary

Because MUVA is a curated multi-brand platform, products come from a range of independent brands and suppliers. Each brand has its own fulfilment and shipping arrangements, which means shipping costs can differ depending on which products are in your basket.

This also means that if you order products from more than one brand, they may arrive separately and on different days. You’ll receive individual dispatch confirmation emails with tracking details for each parcel.

  The exact shipping cost for your order will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

5. Order Processing

When will my order be dispatched?

Please allow 1–2 working days for processing before dispatch. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you process orders on bank holidays?

We do not process or dispatch orders on UK bank holidays. If you place an order around a bank holiday, please allow an additional working day for dispatch.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.

You can also log into your MUVA account at wearemuva.com and check your order status under the Orders section.

If you haven’t received a dispatch email within 3 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@wearemuva.com.

7. Delivery Issues

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please:

1.     Check your tracking link for the latest update.

2.     Check with a neighbour or safe place in case it was left while you were out.

3.     Allow one additional working day beyond the estimated delivery window.

4.     If still missing, contact us at hello@wearemuva.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please contact us at hello@wearemuva.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

I entered the wrong delivery address — can I change it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us immediately at hello@wearemuva.com if you need to change your address. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is placed, but we’ll always try our best.

If your order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address, we are unable to redirect it. You may need to arrange collection directly with the carrier.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an uncollected parcel, we’ll contact you by email. You can choose to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or receive a refund for the items, excluding the original shipping cost.
