2. Placing an Order

When you place an order on wearemuva.com, you are making an offer to purchase the goods described. We will send you an order confirmation by email, which acknowledges receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.

A contract between you and MUVA is formed when we dispatch your goods.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where:

A product has been mispriced due to a genuine error

We are unable to verify your payment or delivery details

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.

MUVA is a curated retail platform. Many of the products available on wearemuva.com are sourced from and fulfilled directly by independent brand partners. By placing an order, you are entering into a contract with MUVA as the retailer of record.

Product information — including descriptions, ingredients, nutritional content, directions for use, and any associated health or nutrition claims — is provided to us by our brand partners. Whilst we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product information on the website is complete or current at all times. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

 

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to individual terms, cannot be applied to previous orders, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without notice.

Where a promotional price is displayed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

6. Delivery

Delivery information, including available options, estimated timeframes, and associated costs, is set out on our Delivery page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, our carrier may leave it in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, or a re-delivery or collection may be arranged.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if no delivery timeframe is agreed, we are required to deliver within 30 days of the order date. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

As a consumer purchasing online, you have a 14-day right to cancel most orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to certain product categories, including supplements and ingestible products where the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these Terms & Conditions or our Refund Policy.
