Mooncup Applicator Tampons (Regular)

One material only. The core, string and veil are all 100% organic cotton.

Protective cotton veil. It helps prevent fibres shedding and being left behind.

Cardboard applicator. It's made from recycled card rather than plastic, with a rounded tip for comfort.

Prepare. Wash your hands and remove the tampon from its wrapper.

Unlock the applicator. Twist the inner tube until it unlocks

Insert. Hold the applicator at the grip. Gently insert the outer tube, angled towards the small of your back, until your fingers touch your body. Push the inner tube in fully, then remove the applicator. The string should hang outside your body.

Change every 4–8 hours, and never leave a tampon in for longer than 8 hours. If you use one overnight, insert a fresh tampon just before bed and remove it as soon as you wake up.

Remove by gently pulling the string.

Bin it, never flush it. Wrap the tampon and applicator and put them in a general waste bin.
