Ingredients

Core, string and veil: 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton

Applicator: recycled cardboard

Free from: synthetic fibres, fragrance, dyes and petroleum plastics.

Suggested Use

Prepare. Wash your hands and remove the tampon from its wrapper.

Unlock the applicator. Hold it by the grooved rings and twist the inner tube until you feel it unlock.

Insert. Gently insert the outer tube, angled towards the small of your back, until your fingers touch your body. Push the inner tube in fully, then remove the applicator. The string should hang outside your body.

Change every 4–8 hours, and never leave a tampon in for longer than 8 hours. If you use one overnight, insert a fresh tampon just before bed and remove it as soon as you wake up.

Remove by gently pulling the string.

Bin it, never flush it. Wrap the tampon and applicator and put them in a general waste bin.
