Suggested Use

Place inside your bra with the soft bamboo side against the skin, positioned to fully cover the nipple area. Wear throughout the day to absorb leaks and help keep skin dry — change whenever the pad feels damp, or more frequently for heavier leaks. After use, rinse and machine wash at 30–40°C, avoiding fabric softeners, then air-dry before storing for reuse.

Not suitable for very heavy or sudden let-downs, particularly overnight — the manufacturer recommends more frequent changes for heavier flow rather than relying on the pad alone.
