One cup, years of use. With proper care it's designed to last up to 10 years, which Mooncup estimates replaces up to 2,500 disposable products.

Nothing that doesn't need to be there. Medical grade silicone with no latex, dyes, BPA, PFAS, phthalates, petroleum plastics or bleaches.

Collects, doesn't absorb. It won't dry you out, which makes it comfortable across light and heavy days.

Moves with you. It's worn fully internally with no string, so you can swim, exercise, travel and sleep in it.

A leak-conscious fit. It forms a light seal with the vaginal wall once it's positioned low and fully open.

Adjustable to your body. The 21mm stem can be trimmed to suit you.

Vegan and cruelty-free. Mooncup is Vegan Society certified and a B Corp.

Empty it every 4–8 hours, depending on your flow, and wear it for up to 12 hours at most.
