Suggested Use

Pads: Peel off the backing paper and place sticky side down in the centre of underwear, folding the wings over the sides for a secure fit.

Tampons: Wash hands before use; find a comfortable position (sitting or standing) for insertion. Always use the lowest absorbency suited to your flow, and change every 4–8 hours.
