Agnus Castus | Balancing — Traditionally used to support women's cycles, encouraging a sense of balance, comfort and regularity.

Dong Quai | Supportive — Traditionally used to ease menstrual discomfort and support regularity through the cycle.

Saw Palmetto | Comfort — Traditionally used to support natural female balance and ease feelings of cramping.

Vitamin B6 & Magnesium | Hormone Regulation — Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity; Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Organic Agnus Castus (Vitex), Organic Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis), Organic Saw Palmetto (Serenoa serrulata), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Magnesium Bisglycinate, vegetable hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule.

Take 2 capsules daily with water and food — ideally in the morning before breakfast, when the blend offers its most potent support. Store in a cool, dark place; do not use if the seal is broken.
