Suggested Use


Wash hands, then remove the pad from its individual wrapper. Peel off the backing paper and place sticky side down onto the middle of underwear, folding the wings over the sides for a secure fit. Choose Medium for regular flow days, or Heavy for stronger flow and overnight wear. After use, wrap in the packaging or tissue and dispose of in general or sanitary waste — never flush.
