Fushi's Organic Black Seed Oil is a fresh-pressed, food-grade oil made from 100% pure Nigella sativa seeds, sourced from Turkey and cold-pressed to preserve its natural antioxidants and Omega 3, 6 & 9 content.

Left unrefined with no additives, it's a versatile oil with roots in traditional Ayurvedic wellness — taken internally or applied topically. 

Certified organic by the Soil Association and hand-blended in Fushi's London workshop.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, anyone with a bleeding disorder or low blood pressure, or anyone with an upcoming surgery should avoid this product. Not recommended for children. Ingredients

100% Black Seed Oil.
Cold-pressed, unrefined, non-standardised, organic and hexane-free. As a natural product, colour and consistency may vary slightly between batches.

Suggested Use

Internal: Take 1–2 teaspoons daily, mixed into honey, juice or warm water, or drizzled over salads and soups. Avoid high-heat cooking, which can degrade the oil's nutrient content.

Skin & scalp: Apply a few drops directly to skin or massage into the scalp. Patch test on a small area first.

Chest rub: Warm a small amount between the hands and massage onto the chest.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat, with the lid tightly sealed. Use within 12 months of opening.
