Suggested Use

Wash hands before use. Unwrap the tampon, keeping the applicator in place, and insert in a comfortable position (sitting or standing). Always choose the lowest absorbency suited to your flow — Regular for light-to-medium flow, Super for medium-to-heavy — and change every 4–8 hours. Not recommended for overnight wear; use a pad or liner instead.
