Designed to break down. Mooncup's testing shows the liners biodegrade within about a year, even in landfill conditions. Results vary with the environment.

Stays put. The secure-fit adhesive is latex-free and rosin-free.

Unwrap and stick. Peel off the backing paper and press the liner onto the gusset of your underwear, sticky side down.

Change every 3–4 hours, or sooner if needed.

Bin it, never flush it. Wrap the used liner and put it in a general waste bin.
