Available in two absorbency levels:

Medium — holds up to the equivalent of 3 regular tampons
Heavy — holds up to the equivalent of 4 regular tampons, best suited to overnight wear

Wear as you would regular underwear — the built-in core absorbs flow directly, no pad or tampon needed alongside. After wear, rinse under cold water as soon as possible to prevent staining, then machine wash on a gentle cold cycle (under 30°C). Avoid fabric softener and bleach, as both affect absorbency and fabric integrity. Air dry only — tumble drying will damage the leak-proof layer.
