This is a pocket-sized trial of Mooncup's winged pads. Each pad has an organic cotton topsheet over an FSC-certified cellulose core, with no SAPs, fragrance, dyes or petroleum plastics.

It's small enough for your bag, and the easiest way to find out which absorbency suits your cycle.

Unwrap and stick. Peel off the backing and press the pad into your underwear, sticky side down.

Fold the wings around the underside of your underwear.

Change every 4–6 hours, or sooner if the pad feels full.

Bin it, never flush it. Wrap the used pad and put it in a general waste bin.
